Return & Exchange Policy
At Cakenis, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining product quality standards. Please read the details below carefully:
1. General Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges with no questions asked, provided the following conditions are met:
- The non-returnable tag remains attached and is in its original condition.
- The product is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In its original packaging
Important: All requests for exchange must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the product. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges not related to defective or damaged items.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will:
- Bear the return shipping cost by providing a return AWB (Air Waybill).
- Process an exchange or refund once the item is returned and inspected.
Please contact us at info@shopcakenis.com within seven (7) days of receiving the product. Be sure to include your Order ID and product details.
3. Costs for Return/Exchange
- For exchanges not related to defects or damages, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For defective or damaged items, Cakenis will fully cover the return shipping cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once your order is confirmed:
- Intimatewear
- Shapewear
- Swimwear
- Undergarments
- Cosmetics
5. If an Item is Out of Stock
If your requested exchange item is out of stock, you may choose to:
- Exchange for another item of equal value, OR
- Receive store credit for the amount paid.
6. Shipping Liability
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is safely packaged for return shipping.
- Cakenis is not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping unless a return AWB is provided by us for defective or damaged items.
7. Additional Terms
- All requests for exchanges must be approved by Cakenis before returning the item.
- Once an exchange request is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
- Cakenis reserves the right to reject any exchange or return if the conditions outlined above are not met.
