- In charge of overall sales execution and operations of various brand undertake company.
- Liaise with creative personnel on any product or promotions related.
- Recommends changes in product and service by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting their needs.
- Resolves customer or client’s complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains relationships with clients such as wholesalers, stockist or agents by providing support, information and guidance,
- Service existing vendor accounts by obtaining new purchase orders, planning any restocks and follow up on pending payments.
- Establishes new vendor accounts by planning and organising existing or potential sales outlets.
- Project yearly sales target to be achieved and coordinate all efforts to achieve target.
- Maintains cash flow forecast pertaining to supplier, vendors, and marketing.
- Keeps management informed by submitting monthly and yearly sales activity reports.
- Maintain and update data of all clients.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Assists inventory and warehouse related to sales or order by customers when needed.
- Working together with cross department.
- Responsible to defining and executing the brand's strategy to ensure alignment with the company's value and market objective.
- Any ad hoc project or task assigned by superior.
