- Produce high quality engaging content/finished materials for campaign & promotional activities through various communication channels.
- Conduct photography & videography production based on required brands materials using camera equipment & phone.
- Conduct post production : Editing, video editing & photo retouching to ensure final product meets quality
- In charge of overall media production from conceptualizing, brainstorming, planning and execute all creatives direction with Creatives Team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Research and analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies to construct content planning
- Assist in graphic editing for marketing collaterals.
- Participate in all company events including performing ad-hoc tasks.

- Branding, creative, marketing planning & operations of brands.
- Campaign idealisations to executions & social media activities.
- Product research & development.
- Copywriting for a brand's social media & website.
- Communications with brand’s partners, media & services.
- Events planning & executions.

- Work to achieve store monthly target
- Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure a fully stocked store
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Able to ascertain customers’ wants and needs
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Manage point-of-sale processes
Requirement :
- Customer service oriented and able to attract potential customers
- Able to work in retail hours (Shift, weekends and public holidays)
- Candidate must be willing to work at KLCC
- Experience in Retail is an added advantage

- Creative Design, Graphics, Sketching skills
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details, have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software
- Able to work with art directors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality visual work
- Strong work ethics with good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Able to develop concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and brands’ needs
- Knowledge in motion graphics, video editing and social media content creation (Adobe AfterEffects/Premiere Pro/Final Cut) is a plus
- Experience in the fashion or health & beauty is a plus
- A portfolio of previous design work showcasing a variety of skills and styles
